AI-powered search widgets and automated messaging services for businesses. This Privacy Policy

- Search Widget — An AI-powered search tool embedded on our clients' websites that answers visitor questions using the client's own content.
- Automated Messaging — AI-powered automated replies on social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp) on behalf of our clients.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Search Widget
When you use the search widget on a client's website, we may collect:
- Search queries — The questions you type into the widget.
- Email address and name — Only if voluntarily provided during identity verification for personalized responses.
- Session data — A randomly generated session identifier (not linked to your personal identity).
2.2 Automated Messaging (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
When you send a direct message to one of our clients' social media accounts that uses our automated messaging service, we receive:
- Your message content — The text of your message.
- Platform sender ID — A platform-specific identifier assigned by Instagram, Facebook, or WhatsApp (not your username or profile data).
- Conversation history — Previous messages in the conversation thread, retained temporarily to provide contextual responses.
2.3 Information We Do NOT Collect
- We do not access your social media profile, photos, followers, or any account data beyond what is described above.
- We do not collect payment information, location data, or device identifiers.
- We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.

4. Data Retention
- Conversation history (messaging) — Automatically deleted after 7 days.
- Message logs (messaging) — Retained for up to 90 days for audit and debugging purposes, then deleted.
- Search query logs — Retained for the duration of the client's subscription to provide analytics.
- User profiles (email, name) — Retained for the duration of the client's subscription and deleted upon request.

- Webhook verification — All incoming messages are verified using HMAC-SHA256 signatures to prevent tampering.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of any personal data we hold about you.
- Deletion — Request deletion of your data at any time.
- Opt out — Stop interacting with the widget or messaging service at any time. Conversation history will be automatically deleted after 7 days.
- Correction — Request correction of any inaccurate data.
